Excellent Stay in Central Location

well-stocked bar central location friendly staff
My stay included access to a well-stocked bar (it had a good selection of Irish whiskeys). The location was central, placing me within walking distance of major attractions (the Guinness Storehouse was easily accessible). The staff was friendly and helpful. They provided quick assistance and directions (thanks for the local tips!).
The room lacked a bit of storage space.

FANTASTIC stay in city center!

great location electronic blinds waterfall shower delicious breakfast
The location IS amazing. I was on the first floor and i could not hear ANY music from the bar or street noise below, so great! The full electronic blinds were also a nice touch. The rain fall shower fixture was amazing and had generous water pressure. The breakfast at the restaurant was delicious TOO.
The electric shades did not work initially , and the staff needed to repair them the next day.
Facilities

The hotel offers convenient features such as electronic blinds in the rooms, which allows for easy light control and privacy. A restaurant provides a delicious breakfast, offering guests a satisfying start to their day, i was kinda surprised.

Charming Stay in Central Location

helpful staff secure storage modern blinds river view
I found the staff helpful and friendly. The hotel offered a secure luggage storage area. The room was equipped with modern electric blinds, something I appreciated. I really liked the river view (from the top floor, apparently!).
The recommended public parking filled up quickly. I had difficulty finding a space.
Dining

The bar staff offered excellent beer recommendations (I tried several!). The restaurant seemed lively. I noticed many patrons enjoying the food and drinks.
Location

This hotel is located in the heart of Temple Bar, directly next to the river. An airport express bus stop is right outside the hotel. The location is ideal for exploring the city center.

adequate, but some issues

indifferent staff slow refund
The reception staff wasn't very cute. They seemed rather indifferent. a security deposit of 100 euro was required at check-in, and it took several days for the refund to process. noise in the morning was also disruptive because of the elevator and loud housekeeping staff. it made it difficult to rest properly.
